The technique used is called “a lume”.
Glass blown becomes malleable through the use of a flame at high
temperatures, then handworked with tweezers and tools.
A great variety of shapes and details can be obtained from the use
of these techniques.
The resistance of the objects is very high compared to normal glass,
even if
in appearance seems light and fragile.
Each one of the different phases of the working process “a lume” is
entrusted to his creative and expert hand.
